Information we collect
- Your name and email from Google when you sign in. We never see your Google password.
- Your contact details and order information, including the recipient's name and phone number, delivery address and date, optional map location, and gift message.
- A payment screenshot, if you pay by QR and upload one.
- For recurring flower deliveries, your contact details, delivery address, preferred schedule, and any instructions you provide.
- If you submit a product review, we use your order reference and phone number to verify your purchase. Your first name, rating, and review text are displayed publicly; your verification details are not displayed with the review.
How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver your flowers.
- To contact you or the recipient about the delivery.
- To show your past orders under My orders.
How we share your information
- Shop staff, to prepare your order.
- Delivery riders receive the details needed to deliver your order, which may be shared through WhatsApp. We also use Google for sign-in, OpenStreetMap for delivery maps and location searches, and Railway and Cloudflare to host and protect the website. These services handle information under their own privacy policies.
- We use your contact details for orders, deliveries, and customer support, not promotional messages or newsletters. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- We retain order records and payment screenshots to manage orders, verify payments, provide order history, and resolve customer enquiries. The retention period depends on the purpose of the record, any unresolved order or payment issues, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
- Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may ask you to verify your identity before handling a request. If we need to retain any records, we will explain why.
Cookies and browser storage
- We use cookies to keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your basket and display preference between visits. You can clear these through your browser settings; doing so may sign you out or remove your saved basket and preferences.
